Summary 2014 and measurement before 2015

Outdoor exercising:

Running: 632.51 km (March 1st - July 31st)O
Powerwalks: 105.75 km (March 1st - July 31st)
Cycling: 38.83 km (March 1st - July 31st)

Gym exercises:

Weightlifting: 118 workouts (July 31st - for all future)
Cardio: 50 workouts (July 31st - for all future)

Measurements:

Arms (Upper) 40 centimeters / 15 3/4 inches
Arms (Lower) 32 centimeters / 12 19/32 inches
Chest 111 centimeters / 43 45/64 inches
Waist 100 centimeters / 39 3/8 inches
Calves 40 centimeters / 15 3/4 inches
Stomach 104 centimeters / 40 15/16 inches

Out of these measurements I'm sure that stomach and waist will slim down, there is a little bit to work with there, but the others will just keep growing with hard work, disciplined mind and a healthy mind and awareness of what I putt into myself. It's not a hobby anymore, it's a way of life, it's a lifestyle!
